Innovation Finance
The objective of this module is to anlayse some of the specific issues in valuing and financing of early stage companies.

- Innovation Finance module is available in first semester 2011/2012 academic year, starting from November 23rd & 24th, 2011 followed by a one day lecture on January 5th, 2012.

Course content:
This course examines the finance of innovation, focusing on technology-based start-up ventures, and the early stages of company development. It addresses key questions which challenge all entrepreneurs: how much money can and should be raised; when should it be raised and from whom; what is a reasonable valuation of the company? The subject aims to prepare students, as innovators and entrepreneurs, for these decisions.
